We do not accept returns or offer refunds on any purchases.

However, if your item arrives damaged or broken, we may offer a replacement at no additional cost. To be eligible, you must provide video and/or photo evidence of the damaged product within 48 hours of delivery. Please email all evidence to divinegoddesstarot22@gmail.com.

Replacements will be shipped using the original shipping speed selected at checkout.
